天津大學(xué)-新加坡國立大學(xué)福州聯(lián)合學(xué)院簡介
天津大學(xué)—新加坡國立大學(xué)福州聯(lián)合學(xué)院(簡稱“聯(lián)合學(xué)院”)由天津大學(xué)、新加坡國立大學(xué)、福建省政府、和福州市政府四方共同建設(shè)。聯(lián)合學(xué)院融合兩校教學(xué)科研優(yōu)勢，致力于建設(shè)成為一所集產(chǎn)學(xué)研用相結(jié)合的世界一流中外合作辦學(xué)學(xué)院，面向未來培養(yǎng)頂尖人才，同時聚焦柔性電子與新興光電子、先進(jìn)化學(xué)制造、能源材料和催化等領(lǐng)域開展戰(zhàn)略性、創(chuàng)新性科學(xué)研究，服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略需求和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。聯(lián)合學(xué)院下設(shè)三個研究中心，分別為柔性與新興光電子中心、先進(jìn)制造中心、能源材料和催化中心。聯(lián)合學(xué)院現(xiàn)有PI 24位（12位來自天津大學(xué)、12位來自新加坡國立大學(xué)），其他教輔人員7人，博士后研究人員26人，博士研究生169人。

三、崗位職責(zé)
協(xié)助聯(lián)合學(xué)院分析中心平臺（以下簡稱“分析平臺”）主任與副主任開展分析平臺的建設(shè)與運(yùn)行管理，為聯(lián)合學(xué)院以及福州國際校區(qū)的各種表征與實(shí)驗(yàn)工作提供支持和服務(wù)，包括：
1. 設(shè)備儀器維護(hù)與性能調(diào)優(yōu)，用戶訓(xùn)練(包括聯(lián)合學(xué)院課題組學(xué)生與成員、拜訪學(xué)者等)，并向分析中心副主任和設(shè)備指導(dǎo)委員會提供建議等。
2. 參與重要儀器培訓(xùn)，并協(xié)助分析平臺主任/副主任開發(fā)設(shè)備技術(shù)/真空技術(shù)的核心課程。
3．負(fù)責(zé)收集并匯總設(shè)備指導(dǎo)委員會以及最終用戶對于平臺建設(shè)的意見建議。
四、資格條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律；熱愛高等教育工作，具有良好的職業(yè)道德與師德師風(fēng)；具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感、善于合作的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；具有正常履行崗位職責(zé)的身體條件，申請時年齡不超過38周歲；
2.應(yīng)聘實(shí)驗(yàn)工程師應(yīng)具有博士學(xué)位，助理實(shí)驗(yàn)工程師應(yīng)具有碩士學(xué)位。最高學(xué)歷應(yīng)從國際高水平大學(xué)或研究機(jī)構(gòu)獲得；對于沒有國際教育背景的應(yīng)聘人員，本、碩、博學(xué)位均需從中國高水平大學(xué)（或水平相當(dāng)?shù)闹袊茖W(xué)院研究院所）獲得；業(yè)績特別突出者可酌情放寬條件；
3.應(yīng)聘助理工程師人員需要對以下至少一項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)技巧/儀器有一年或以上的使用/實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。應(yīng)聘工程師崗位人員需要對至少兩項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)技巧/儀器有三年或以上的使用/實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

（五）聘任采用合同制聘用方式，受聘者與天津大學(xué)福州國際校區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)中心簽訂勞動合同。首個和第二個聘期均為3年，通過中期審查和兩任期期末評估者，可簽訂無固定期限勞動合同。聯(lián)合學(xué)院正式獲批后，經(jīng)本人申請，并通過天津大學(xué)人事工作規(guī)定的遴選程序后，可將人事關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)入聯(lián)合學(xué)院，相關(guān)待遇按照聯(lián)合學(xué)院薪酬體系執(zhí)行。

Lab Engineer, Assistant Lab Engineer TJU-NUS Joint Research Institute in Fuzhou
1. Position:
Lab Engineer, Assistant Lab Engineer

2. Employment Period and Remuneration Package
i. Salary: The salary will depend on the applicant's education and experience.
Lab Engineer: Negotiable
Assistant Lab Engineer: Negotiable
ii. Settlement Fee:
Settlement fee of local talent favorable policy in Fujian Province will be applied and the standards will be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Fuzhou City.
iii. Other Supportive Policies
Appropriate arrangements will be made to provide locally in Fuzhou for educational requirements of children of successful applicants
3. Job Responsibilities
Assist Director and Deputy Director of the Analysis Center Platform ("Analysis Platform") of the Joint Institute in construction and operation management of the analysis platform, and provide support and services for various characterization and experimental work of the Joint Institute and TJU Fuzhou International Campus, the responsibilities include:
i.Equipment maintenance and performance tuning, user training (includes any PI group students/members, visiting scientists), and advising the Deputy Director of the Analysis Center and Equipment Steering Committee on equipment-related issues.
ii.Participate in training for important instruments and assist Director / Deputy Director of the Analysis Platform to develop core courses of equipment technology / vacuum technology.
iii.Collect and summarize the opinions and suggestions of the Equipment Steering Committee and end users on the platform construction.
4. Qualifications
i.Applicant must abide by the Constitution and the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China and be passionate for higher education. He/she should also be a good teaching role model，with an eye for rigorous scholarship, and possess professional ethics, an innovative mind and good team spirit. He/she should also be in appropriate physical condition to perform their duties and the age at the time of application should not be more than 38 years old.
ii.Lab engineer position requires a doctoral degree and assistant lab engineer requires a master’s degree. The highest degree of both two positions applicant shall be obtained from an international high-level university or research institution. For those without an international education background, their bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctoral degree must be obtained from a high-level university in China (or an institution of Chinese Academy of Sciences with equivalent level). Concessions may be made for candidates of exceptional caliber.
iii.An assistant lab engineer shall possess at least one year or more operation / practical experience in one of the following experimental skills / instruments. A lab engineer shall possess at least three years or more operation experience / practical experience in at least two of the following experimental skills / instruments:

v.Applicant shall possess a positive and learned attitude, excellent teamwork skills and be able to adapt to the changing situations during construction of the analysis platform.
vi.Full-time work in Fuzhou.

v.Contractual employment method will be adopted. The labor contract will be signed between the candidate and Coordination and Service Center for Fuzhou International Campus of Tianjin University with three-year employment period for the first and the second term. Candidate may sign the labor contract with no fixed term once they are reviewed as qualified in mid-term assessment and in evaluations at the end of each term. When the Joint Institute obtains approval from MoE, the teaching and research personnel of Coordination and Service Center for Fuzhou International Campus of Tianjin University may apply for personnel relation transference from the former into the Joint Institute after passing selection process prescribed by Tianjin University. Once transferred, the remuneration will be implemented in accordance with the salary system of the Joint Institute.
